Historical Support Groups

Escambia Christian School is fortunate to have benefited from three different groups whose function provided extra support for the school. PTFA (Parent, Teacher Friends Association), LACE (Ladies Association for Christian Education), and Men's Support Group (MSG).

PTFA enhances the school program in several ways. They hold events during the year that provide entertainment for the whole family as well as raise funds for the school. Bi-monthly meetings are held at which there is discussion about current projects, guest speakers, class performances, etc.

The ladies of LACE was formally organized in 1978, and served as a vital element of the school since it was founded in 1964. LACE hosted numerous events during the school year that encouraged participation within the community, as well as with school members.

Our Men's Support Group began in 1998, and became a major asset to the school. Numerous events that were designed to draw support from the community as well as from those associated with the school have been very successful.

Events for all of our support groups are listed in our Friday memo.  The school encourages you to support our functions and also to become active members of the support groups.
