2024-2025 TUITION AND FEES  *Proposed  Rates 

Registration Fee* Pre-K - Elementary: $200.00 per student (due upon registration).

                          Middle School: $200.00 per student (due upon registration).

                          *Registration Fees are non-refundable.

Annual Tuition

Pre-Kindergarten 3 and 4-year-old: $3,700.00 per student (fees apply to students without vouchers)
Kindergarten through Eighth Grade: $8,500.00 per student

 

Book Fees:  $175.00/year/per student

Testing Fees:  $150.00/year/per student

Technology Fees:  $200/year/per student

Uniform Fees:

Pre-K - 5th Grade:  $250.00

6th - 8th Grade:  $250.00

 

Escambia Christian School offers internal financial assistance to all families on a case-by-case basis. (Monthly payments & Credit Card payments are accepted).  Credit Card payments have a small processing fee).

Pre-K (3 & 4 years/child must reach class age by 9/1 of the school year). Eligible four-year-olds can apply for the Voluntary Pre-K voucher through the Early Learning Coalition of Escambia County. 
Kindergarten (5-year class - child must be 5 by 9/1 of the school year). 

 

Extended Care and Bus Fees

 

Extended Care Monthly Fees:

Morning Extended Care Only                         $30.00 per family per month 

Afternoon Extended Care Only                       $30.00 per family per month

Morning and Afternoon Extended Care            $75.00 per family per month

Bus Yearly Fees:                                           $2000.00 (Flat Rate)

Bus Fees are annual fees, but can be paid monthly starting 8/01/2024 - 05/31/2025.

One Way (morning or afternoon)                             $100.00 

Both Ways  (morning and afternoon)                       $200.00

*Fees not covered by scholarships will be pro-rated.​
