Immunization Requirements 2013-2014:
Please check with the Health Department or your Pediatrician’s office early this summer to make sure that your child is up-to-date on his/her immunizations for next school year.  This will allow time to get shots done before school starts on August 19.

Our summer office hours are 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.  You may contact us if we may assist you in registering your child for next school year or if we may assist with other concerns.
